At the Freiburg site, people from various countries work together. For many roles, regular communication with sister plants in the U.S. is part of everyday life.
The materials from Freiburg are used, for example, in satellites, food packaging, and sun protection systems. What is produced here serves a purpose, and that purpose is clear. Every roll that leaves our plant has a mission: protection—for people, products, and our environment. Your work becomes part of solutions that people and companies around the world rely on.
Roll stock and surface finishing? It might not sound like much—until you see what we do with it! Our high-performance roll materials protect people, products, and the environment—from sustainable packaging solutions to aerospace, caravanning, medical technology, and numerous other fields and applications.
Great ideas come from teamwork—fueled by passion, camaraderie, and the courage to get a little better every day. That’s what the Dunmore team stands for. If you want to take on responsibility, help shape innovation, and become part of a strong team, then Dunmore Europe is the right place for you.

Dunmore is part of an international corporate group, but the Freiburg location operates with short lines of communication and direct points of contact. Decisions are made close to production, not at distant headquarters.
The everyday language at the site is German. English is the working language when collaborating with our sister plants in the U.S. and on international projects. A good command of English is helpful for many positions, but it is not a requirement for all of them.
Yes. Anyone who wants to take on responsibility will be given the opportunity to do so. At Dunmore, professional development occurs less through formal programs and more through real-world tasks, participation in projects, and interaction with experienced colleagues.
Not necessarily. A basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn new processes are often more important than prior industry-specific experience. For specialized positions in development or quality assurance, technical expertise is, of course, an advantage.
