DUNMORE engineers and manufacturers a wide selection of surface protection films with unsurpassed abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant and scratch-resistant properties. Our radiation cured hardcoats are offered on a variety of film substrates from polyester to polycarbonate. DUNMORE’s uniquely formulated scratch-resistant surfaces (SRS) are used in appliances, membrane switch overlays, touch screen protectors, labels, merchandizing and product displays. These hardcoat films are also used for LCD protective film, UV protective film and adhesive protective film. We custom engineer surface protection films with the highest abrasion and scratch resistance while maintaining optical clarity.

Hardcoats and Protective Film Finishes
Multiple finishes are available on our surface protection hardcoated films, such as matte, very matte, clear, super clear, gloss and supergloss, giving your scratch resistant surface the required features and aesthetics. Textured hardcoats are also available. Brushed films can be used to simulate faux-finish stainless steel, and colors can be added to duplicate the complexion of existing surfaces. Additionally, our hardcoated surface protection films can be used in conjunction with our full line of three-star, highest rated, HP Indigo® certified digital topcoats and print media. Drawing on our forty years of coatings manufacturing, we are able to engineer and manufacture custom surface protection films for many uses.

DUNMORE’s hardcoats and surface protection films are engineered to withstand the most abrasive and unforgiving conditions. Our hardcoated films are used as:
